Getting started
What is Fashionframe?
Fashionframe is an independent community site for sharing Warframe fashion. Discover looks from other Tenno, inspect their appearance recipes, and record your own cosmetics, colors, and screenshots.
Fashionframe is not affiliated with or endorsed by Digital Extremes. It does not connect to your in-game account.
Do I need an account?
You can browse public looks and explore palettes without an account. Create a Fashionframe account to upload screenshots and save or edit your own looks. Use a unique password; your Warframe login is not needed.
How do I find a look?
Use Discover to filter by a base Warframe, a tag, or a creator’s username. Sort by Newest, Oldest, or Most liked. Most liked can rank likes received in the last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or all time; each look still displays its total likes.
Click a creator’s name to view their profile and public looks. Click a Warframe link to open its fashion page, which includes every edition. The edition filter is currently unavailable.
Creating a look
How do I share my fashion?
Open Create, choose your Warframe and edition, then record your cosmetics and colors. Add at least one screenshot, give the look a title, choose its visibility, and save it. Public looks appear in Discover.
How do Warframes and editions work?
Choose the base Warframe first, then choose an available Base, Prime, or Umbra edition beside it. Your saved look retains that edition. Cosmetic searches use the base Warframe, and switching editions within the same family keeps your selected appearance.
Changing to a different Warframe asks you to confirm a cosmetic reset. Main, attachment, and hair colors and your screenshots are kept.
How do I choose cosmetics and colors?
Open a cosmetic slot to search compatible choices and scroll to load more. Choose Default / none to leave the slot at its default. For colors, select a channel, choose a palette, and select a swatch. Attachments and Syandanas can copy your main colors.
This records your appearance recipe. Fashionframe does not render a 3D preview or equip items in Warframe; your screenshots show the finished look.
Which screenshots can I upload?
Add 1–10 PNG, JPEG, or WebP images. Each must be no larger than 25 MB or 8192 pixels on either side. The first image is the cover. Preview, reorder, and remove screenshots before saving.
Use screenshots you have the right to share. Crop out chat messages, personal details, or other information you do not want others to see.
What are the title, description, and tag limits?
Titles can contain up to 80 characters and descriptions up to 2,000. Add up to 10 tags, separated by commas. Each tag can contain 1–32 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens; tags are normalized to lowercase.
Visibility and editing
What do Public, Unlisted, and Private mean?
- Public: anyone can view the look, and it appears in Discover.
- Unlisted: the look stays out of Discover, but anyone with its link can view it.
- Private: the look page is available only to its owner while logged in.
Screenshot files use direct image URLs. Someone who obtains one of those URLs may still view the image, including from a private look. These settings control access to the look page; they do not make uploaded screenshots confidential. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I edit or delete a look?
Yes. Open your look or visit Profile to edit its recipe, screenshots, title, tags, and visibility. To delete a look, open it and confirm Delete look. Deletion removes the look from the site and cannot be undone through the interface.
Are unfinished looks saved automatically?
No. Unsaved changes stay in the open editor, and the site warns before you leave. Refreshing or closing the tab can still lose an unfinished look. Keep your original screenshots and save your work when you are ready.
What should I do if an upload or save fails?
Keep the editor open, check your connection, and retry. If your session expired, use the login link in a new tab to preserve the open draft. If the site says the save status could not be confirmed, check your looks in Profile before submitting again; the first save may have succeeded.
Palettes
How do I find similar colors?
Open Palettes and select a swatch to copy its hex color and see the closest catalog matches. You can add up to four other hex colors and compare two palettes side by side.
A smaller ΔE value means a closer color match. Materials, lighting, and emissive effects can still make colors look different in-game.
How do I recreate a shared look?
Open the look’s appearance sections to see cosmetics and color channels. Select a recorded color to open its exact palette swatch. You still need the relevant items in Warframe; Fashionframe does not grant or verify ownership of cosmetics or palettes.
Account and help
How do likes and favorites work?
Log in and select the heart on a look to like it, or select the bookmark to save it to Favorites. Select either again to undo your choice. Like counts appear on looks; your favorites collection is private and shows recently saved looks first.
Can I change my profile or delete my account?
Open Profile and select Profile details to edit your display name and biography. Your display name can have up to 32 characters and your biography up to 500. Leave your display name blank to use your username. Save changes to update your public profile.
Username and email changes, and self-service account deletion, are unavailable. For those requests or privacy questions, use the site’s public contact: [email protected].
How do I report a problem or a rights concern?
Contact [email protected] with the look URL, a description of the issue, and relevant details. Never include your password or session credentials. The Terms of Service explain content responsibilities, and the Privacy Policy covers personal information.
