About these terms

These Terms of Service describe the conditions for using Fashionframe, an independent community site for discovering and sharing Warframe fashion. “Fashionframe,” “we,” and “us” refer to the site operator: wadbot, at tenno.style. Contact: [email protected].

These documents are drafts for review and do not announce an effective date. Once finalized and brought to your attention, the terms will govern your use of the service. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; it is not a request for blanket consent to data processing.

Fashionframe is not affiliated with or endorsed by Digital Extremes. Your Fashionframe account is separate from your Warframe account.

Eligibility and accounts

This draft proposes a minimum age of 16 to create an account. Where your local law requires a higher age or authorization from a parent or guardian, that requirement also applies. Do not create an account unless you are legally able to accept these terms.

Provide accurate account information, choose a username that does not impersonate someone else, and keep your password secure. Use a unique password and never provide your Warframe credentials to Fashionframe. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account; contact us if you believe someone has gained unauthorized access.

Do not share or transfer an account in a way that enables misuse of the service. The site’s current account-management options are described in the FAQ.

Acceptable use

Use Fashionframe to share fashion respectfully and lawfully. Do not:

  • Post unlawful content, threats, targeted harassment, hate speech, sexual exploitation, or another person’s private information without a lawful basis.
  • Upload content you do not have permission to share, impersonate creators, or falsely present another person’s work as your own.
  • Upload malware, spam, scams, misleading links, or unrelated commercial promotions.
  • Attempt to access another account or private look, bypass access controls, or exploit vulnerabilities against the service or its users.
  • Disrupt the service through excessive automated requests, interfere with its operation, or collect personal information for abuse or unsolicited contact.

Ordinary browsing, sharing look links, and using the site’s available features are welcome. Report security issues privately through [email protected] and avoid exposing user information.

Your content and permission to host it

You retain the rights you hold in your original screenshots, descriptions, and other contributions. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to Fashionframe and does not give you ownership of underlying Warframe assets or another creator’s work.

By submitting content, you give the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, resize, transmit, and display it only as needed to operate Fashionframe according to your selected visibility. This permission includes processing by service providers acting for the operator, and does not authorize unrelated advertising or promotional reuse without your separate permission.

You confirm that you have the permissions needed for that use. Credit creators where appropriate. Public availability of someone else’s look does not grant you unrestricted permission to copy or republish their screenshots.

When you delete a look, permission for its ordinary display ends. Limited copies or records may remain where necessary for backups, security, legal requirements, or resolving a dispute, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We cannot remove copies independently saved or shared by others.

Visibility, editing, and removal

You choose whether a look is Public, Unlisted, or Private and can edit or delete your own looks. Public looks appear in Discover. Unlisted look pages can be opened by anyone with the link. Private look pages require access through the owner’s account.

Screenshot files are delivered through direct image URLs. Obtaining such a URL may allow someone to view the image even when the look page is private. Do not treat any uploaded screenshot as confidential. Changing visibility cannot retract copies others have already obtained.

The operator may remove content or restrict an account when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a rights complaint, unlawful activity, or a security threat. Where lawful and practicable, the operator should explain the reason and offer a way to ask for review through [email protected]. Urgent action may be needed before notice can be given.

Account closure requests should use the same contact. There is currently no self-service account deletion control.

Warframe and third-party rights

Warframe, Digital Extremes, and their associated game assets and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. Fashionframe’s original branding does not imply official sponsorship or approval.

Your use of Warframe content remains subject to applicable rights and Digital Extremes’ Content Policy and relevant game terms. These terms do not expand the permissions those rights holders grant.

To raise a copyright, trademark, or other rights concern, contact [email protected] with the affected look URL, identification of the work or right, a description of the concern, and a way to contact you. Supply accurate information and only the personal details needed to assess the request.

Responsibility and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will always be error-free or meet every individual requirement. You are responsible for the content you submit and for using the service lawfully.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer protections, liability for fraud, or other non-excludable obligations. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The operator’s location, any proposed governing-law provision, and the competent courts must be confirmed before these drafts are finalized. Any eventual provision must preserve mandatory protections and complaint or court rights available to you under applicable law.

Changes and contact

When the finalized terms change, the operator should publish the new version, identify its effective date, and give appropriate notice of material changes. Changes should not apply retroactively to disputes or remove rights the law protects. If a change requires your express agreement, that agreement must be obtained.

Questions about these terms, a content decision, or your account can be sent to [email protected]. Include enough information to identify the issue, but never send your password.
